Hello, my name is Mary and I’m a licensed associate counselor (LAC). I am a mother to two sweet fur-babies; Madden, a Yorkipoo (who has overcome his own trauma and has three legs), and Makana, a loveable female mutt. My practice is trauma-focused and holistic, with an emphasis on our mind/body/spirit connection. I focus on helping women who have experienced traumas or issues such as domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, sexual assault, sex and love addiction, and codependency. I’m trained in Sandtray Therapy, CBT, and EMDR. In addition, as a Certified Natural Health Professional and Digestive Health Specialist, I have extensive background as well as lived experience resolving symptoms such as brain fog, fatigue, flashbacks, hypervigilance and hyperarousal, resulting from Complex-PTSD. Healing can be a journey and you can move from surviving to thriving!

Mary is an associate level clinician (LAC) and currently receives supervision. She is an independent contractor with AARC
