Holly Bartley, LMSW

Hi, my name is Holly and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). I have been working in the field of trauma for over five years, supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate some of life’s most difficult experiences. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and my Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and respected. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it is about recognizing your resilience, building on your strengths, and developing practical tools that help you move forward with confidence. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis situations, and I have an interest in working couples. I value collaboration and work alongside my clients to set clear goals, identify patterns, and create actionable steps toward growth and healing. Growing up in a family of first responders, and being married to one, has given me a deep understanding of high-stress environments and the impact they can have on individuals and families. As a wife and first-time mom, I also appreciate how life transitions can shape our emotional world in unexpected ways. My goal is that when you leave a session with me, you feel heard, supported, hopeful, and equipped with tools to continue moving forward.
